Navigating health care insurance can be a challenging process, but we can help. After your initial appointment is set up, our billing team will run eligibility checks to determine what your psychotherapy benefits are. It is also important to verify with your healthcare insurance what your psychotherapy benefits are. If a pre-authorization is required, Rosewood Wellness Center's billing team will submit the necessary paperwork for you.

Rosewood Wellness Center currently accepts the following insurance plans:

United Health Care (both IL and IN)

Aetna (both IL and IN)

Blue Cross Blue Shield (only IL)

We will also work with you regarding self-pay options. 

 

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Canceling less than 24 hours before your appointment will result in a cancellation fee.
