Getting set up with your telehealth appointment is easy.

 

How do I set up an initial appointment?

Complete the appointment request form, email dr.cinquegrani@rosewood-wellness.com, or call 630-441-7063. Once we have an initial appointment set up, our billing team will verify insurance benefits (if you are using insurance). Please verify your out-of-network benefits if you will using your out-of-network benefits.

All appointments are conducted through a HIPAA-compliant online platform. A direct link will be sent to your email.

 

All appointments are 50 minutes in length.
